Rising Stars Programme for future leaders within Omegro Portfolio.These workshops are facilitated in small groups. Recruitment (Module 5) to empower managers with the skills and confidence needed to excel in competency-based interviews.The program focuses on enhancing managers’ abilities to prepare for and structure interviews effectively, ensuring they can ask a variety of relevant and valid questions. Additionally, it aims to enable managers to make well-rounded recruitment decisions that consider both immediate and future business needs.The workshop also highlights the importance of Omegro’s Talent Acquisition playbook and other available resources, ensuring managers are well-informed and equipped to utilize these tools in their recruitment processes.Through this comprehensive training, managers will be better prepared to attract and select top talent for their organization.
